Foil Bar Code Labels
Just as effective in an office as they are on the production floor our Foil Bar Code Labels are ideal for customers who require a flexible label that will conform to most surfaces, yet need a product that will withstand harsh conditions including chemicals, abrasion, solvents and high temperatures.
Available with or without a bar code, our Foil Bar Code Labels are produced using a photo imaging process for maximum clarity and detail and then sealed within the anodic layer of the aluminium ensuring accurate and reliable reads for years to come.
Optional second colors are screen printed.
Intensification Process extends the label & bar code readability exterior life to over 20+ years
Add the optional Intensification Process and idtracon will GUARANTEE bar code readability for the life of the asset or it will be replaced at NO CHARGE*
The only label available that will survive the harshest applications plus exposure to the most extreme weather conditions.

UL Approved Labeling
Material: 0.076mm (0.003″) thick matte anodised aluminium is standard. 0.13mm (0 .005″) thick matte anodised aluminium is optional.
Standard Adhesive: 0.05mm (0.002″) thick acrylic adhesive that has a very high peel strength and provides excellent resistance to heat and chemicals. Optional adhesives available.
Environment: Mild, moderate and extreme. Resists extreme abrasions, solvents and temperatures.
Numbering Options: Copy only, serialised/unserialised numbers and bar code with human readable numbers
Delivery Time: Allow approximately 20 work days (Black-Type, Black-Designed) 25 work days (Color-Designed) upon receipt of order and proof approval — URGENT expedited shipment is available for an additional charge.
